Returns & Exchanges

Oh no lovely! Wrong size? Want to change it for another colour? Just isn't your style?

That's totally fine, we get that sometimes an order can arrive and it just isn't quite what you imagined it would be.

If you would like to exchange or return any item for something else, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by replying to your confirmation email or by simply emailing us at with your order number and which item(s) you would like to return and we can start the process.

Just place all the item(s) into our resealable bag including the return form and pop into your local Australia Post. We suggest sending it back to us via a trackable method. We will provide you with the return address to send your items back to us via email.

Please note that all returns will need to be shipped back to us at customer's own expense.

We will not accept any returns that do not include a return form and RA Number.

Once we have received and approved your item(s) we will then issue you a store credit (less any original shipping cost) sent through to your email within 3 business days which you can use towards your new purchase.

Store Credits are valid for 12 months.

Please note, that all returned items must be unworn, still have the tags attached, not damaged (including marked/dirty), washed or altered, or have make-up/tan on it, we have the right to send the item back to you without store credit if this is the case. 

Please note, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless noticeably damaged upon receiving.

All clearance sale items (which are marked down to $40 and under) are not eligible for a return due to change of mind. If returned a $5 processing fee will be charged per clearance item.


Please contact us immediately if you receive an item that is faulty at, including your order number and any photos you have taken.

Garments must be deemed faulty due to manufacturing and not through user wear or tear such as not following correct care instructions.

When the item is returned it will be assessed for the nature of the damage by our care team and we will notify you of our decision.

If item is in stock we will send out an identical replacement or issue you with either a full refund or credit note, if you wish.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
